The Big Ideas Behind Women Redefining Success

I see things differently.
Given I believe we all have a zone of genius, I’ll share an ability I possess; like a kaleidoscope, I’m awesome at offering a little twist on the perspective people have when looking through their lens on life. I doing so they access fresh perspective and see more color on what’s in front of them.
Their world suddenly opens up, because this perspective allows people to see new possibilities, and a path forward often where there was none.
My deepest desire is to be a kaleidoscope in a world that has itself “stuck” on how success is to be. It’s all a little black and white, and one sized fits all.
We need new perspective, lots more color, possibilities and pathways to create anew.
What I know to be true
Success doesn’t “look” a certain way.
And it certainly can feel a whole lot different and better too (more joy anyone?).
Success doesn’t need to be a life where we extract our best only to be spat up on the proverbial sofa of our lives depleted and burnt out.
Success doesn’t need to be off the back of our individual efforts.
And it no longer needs to be “hard” nor does it need to involve putting ourselves last.
There is a New Way
In late 2022, I shared some ideas that bubbled up to the surface. These ideas were shared, real and raw on my YouTube channel.
They were ideas that emerged out of dozens of conversations with women like you and me.
As I listened, I could feel an ache for a New Way of Being Successful.
Think of these 10 ideas like “twists of the kaleidoscope” — they are me-with-you explorations of what needs to change as it relates to success.
I’m sharing them there, super real and raw so I can leave all my old habits of perfectionism and getting-it-right behind and leave ALL the room for you and your ideas and feedback.

Why listen?
Because these are our ideas. This Manifesto-In-The-Making is a tapestry of all our ideas and exchanges over the last year + on redefining success..
